Terms of Sales

Article 1 – Price

1.1 – The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT + other taxes and in particular tax on videograms, eco-participation …) except participation in the expenses of treatment and forwarding (see Deadlines and costs).

1.2 – In case of order to a country other than metropolitan France you are the importer of the product (s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of Liferty. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies of your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.

1.3 – Liferty reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariffs in force at the time of your validation of order.

1.4 – The products remain the property of Liferty until full payment of the price. We remind you that when you take physical possession of the products ordered, the risk of loss or damage to products will be transferred.

1.5 – Liferty is not intended to sell to professionals, the products and services sold by Liferty are reserved for individuals.

The contractual information is presented in French and will be the subject of a confirmation containing this contractual information at the latest at the time of your order validation.

Article 3 – Validation of your order

You declare to have read and accepted these Terms of Sale before placing your order. Validation of your order is therefore acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

A summary of the information of your order and the General Conditions of Sale, will be communicated to you in PDF format via the e-mail of confirmation of your order.

Article 4 – Availability

Liferty is an association and is not intended to sell in large quantities the products offered. As a result, Liferty reserves the right to refuse orders for the same product in large quantities from 3 identical items.

Our products are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks excluding promotional operations mentioned as such on the sites. In the event of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will notify you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be made. For information flow only occurs at the time of shipment of the package.

Article 5 – Delivery

5.1 – General

The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process, except for delivery restrictions indicated in the heading “Terms of delivery”, within the deadline indicated on the page of validation of the order by the customer .

The delivery time corresponds

the shipping time indicated on the article sheet to which is added
the processing and routing time.

In case of delivery by a carrier requiring an appointment with the customer, the latter will contact you as soon as possible to agree with you a delivery appointment, 30 days at the latest from the date of your order confirmation. Liferty can not be responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several proposals for appointments by the carrier.

When you order several products at the same time and they have different delivery times, the delivery time of the order is based on the furthest delay. However, Liferty reserves the right to split shipments. Participation in processing and shipping costs will only be charged for one shipment.

In case of delay of shipment, an email will be sent to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time which has been indicated to you. In case of late delivery, we will offer you by email a new delivery time.

In any case, in accordance with the legal provisions, in case of late delivery, you have the possibility to resolve the contract under the terms and conditions defined in Article L 216-2 of the Consumer Code. In this case, if you received the product, after your cancellation, we will refund the product and the costs “go” in the conditions of Article L 216-3 of the Consumer Code.

We remind you that when you (or a third party designated by you) physically take possession of the products ordered, the risk of loss or damage to the products will be transferred.

5.2 – Reservations

You must notify the carrier and LIFERTY all reservations about the delivered product (for example: damaged package, already open …).

Article 6 – Payment

We remind you that the fact of validating your order implies the obligation to your charge to pay the indicated price. The payment of your purchases can be made according to the means of payment accepted by LIFERTY indicated in the heading “Means of payment”.

The debit card is only made when the order is shipped.
